Jack Vessa provides custom B2B software, AI, and product consulting services. Work is delivered digitally through calls, notes, prototypes, code, demos, automations, and handoff materials.

There are no physical products, shipping, inventory, or physical returns.

Pricing, payment timing, cancellation, and scope are handled through the applicable proposal, written scope, or service agreement.

Completed custom consulting work is generally non-refundable unless the written agreement says otherwise. If something looks incorrect, email Jack promptly and the issue will be reviewed in good faith.
